For over 30 years, the United Church, in collaboration with St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Living Water Church and the Cloverdale Kiwanis Club have kept the Cloverdale Food Pantry serving hungry families that sometimes may seem invisible.  Taking turns every 4th month each organization spends one month at a time collecting donations from local grocery stores and bakeries, as well as driving to Santa Rosa to purchase discounted food from the Redwood Empire Food Bank.  These volunteers not only collect food every week but spend time maintaining the facility, organizing and distributing the food.

We are so lucky to have local Cloverdale benefactors including Ray’s Food Market, Bakery El Palomo, Dahlia & Sage Community Market, Grocery Outlet, and Dollar General in addition to Redwood Empire Food Bank, St Vincent De Paul and our very generous citizens who donate funds to help us purchase food and meet our expenses each month.  Many local gardeners also generously provide fresh produce during season.

We are so grateful to the many local citizens who donate to the Cloverdale Food Pantry allowing us to purchase turkeys, hams and pies for special holidays.
